WHAT IS FOIL PRINTING:

► Foil printing is a specialised printing process that uses heat, pressure and a metallic paper (foil). This is used to create a shiny reflective look an elegant way to finish any print, when you move the design it will shimmer and shine in the light.

LEADTIME/POSTAGE:

ORDERS CLOSE 20TH DECEMBER 2023; any orders placed after the 20th December we cannot guarantee prior to christmas, however, will ensure to process order quickly for best chances. Please take note of Australia Post cut off date for postage.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:  

Q: Can't the letter say something different?

A: Yes, of course it can! Feel free to re-write the whole letter yourself and provide in the space provided. 

Q: How long does it take?

A: Please allow up to 1- 2 weeks for printing and postage, should you require it sooner please email @ unforgettabledesigns@outlook.com

Q: How is the letter sent?

A: Your child's letter from Santa (in its own special Santa styled envelope) will be delivered inside a larger discreet white envelope with your name on it for you to put in the letterbox, leave under the tree, or put in your child's Christmas stocking. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

► You will receive a proof of your design within 1-2 business days. The proof will be sent to your email address provided when you check out, for your review and approval. Please make sure all spellings, punctuation, and wording are correct. You can then either approve or request revisions to the design. I will make up to 2 revisions for free. The 3rd revision will be an extra $5.

► The appearance of colours may vary from monitor to monitor and colours may vary when printed.
