100% SATISFACTION

 

CUSTOMER CARE & HELP

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. All Unforgettable Designs orders are triple checked for quality assurance but if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order contact us and we’ll be happy to help with your enquiry.

 If the error is our mistake, then of course we will reprint at no charge.

However if the error is made by the customer, the card or invitation will be reprinted at the customers cost. 

Errors include:

  • Incorrect information entered during the order process
  • Receiving and approving of a proof containing an error, regardless of the text that has been entered. 

Please check the spelling, details and layout carefully as the onus is on you that all these details are correct.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?

Unforgettable Designs Studio is located in Raymond Terrace, NSW 2324. 

Note our address is my studio where I create my designs and allow arranged pickups.  We do not have a range on display and do not operate a retail shop from this address.

 

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

For custom designs and special orders :

If work has not commenced on your order, the order can be cancelled.

If however, work has commenced on your order a charge will be incurred to cover our costs.

 

 

ORDER PROCESS

WHAT IS YOUR ORDERING PROCESS?

Simply

  • Select the design you wish to use
  • Enter your event details and upload images - this is when you personalise your invitation
  • Pay securely
  • Receive a proof within approximately 48-72 hours.
  • You give your approval to print.
  • Your order is printed and posted to you.

 

DESIGN PROOFS & REVIEWING YOUR DESIGN

After purchasing your order and before printing or emailing final print ready files we will email you a design proof to your email address provided on checkout. The design proof will require approval, please double check all details including spellings, punctuation and wording is correct spelling to ensure everything is correct prior to giving approval. You can then either approve or request revisions to the design by simply reply to the email. I provide up to 2 revisions for free. The 3rd revision will be an extra $5. unless it is a mistake made by Unforgettable Designs.

 

MAKING CHANGES AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER

If you need to make a change to your order please contact us immediately! Changes cannot be made once your order has gone to print or for simple change of mind on a design.

 

WHAT KIND OF TWEAKS CAN I REQUEST?

Minor tweaks and requests are welcomed by our creative team. However, we can’t completely change the design for you that will attract a custom design fee, we can resize elements for you, make the design text fit in symmetry, change the font, change colours for you, change foil colours, adjust elements that will be printed in letterpress, and add more text content.

 

 

CREATING, CUSTOMISING, & PERSONALISING

CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT FONTS THAN WHAT THE DESIGN DISPLAYS ONLINE?

Unforgettable designs have selected the best fonts for their design to work with, however, if you have a particular font in mind, please submit a ‘special request’ and we will assist you after checkout.

CAN I CHNAGE THE COLOUR OF A DESIGN?

Sure, most things aren't set in stone and can be changed to suit your occasion, there are however the odd exceptions so it's best to drop us an email to enquire, we are more than happy to help.

 

I SAW A BEAUTIFUL DESIGN ON YOUR INSTAGRAM OR PINTEREST, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT ON THE WEBSITE? 

Thank you for the kind comments! It is likely that this design is in the queue to be uploaded onto our online store, or it was a custom order for another client, either way, please take a screenshot of this design and we can customise this for you. Head over to our custom order page to make this request.

 

WHAT SORT OF IMAGES SHOULD I SEND FOR PHOTO PRODUCTS?

We recommend you send us the highest quality images that you have, ideally between 300KB-2MB in size.  Low resolution images (less than 300KB) will produce a less than optimum print result. We are happy to work with lower resolution images as long as you are aware they will not print as clearly.

Please only send images that you wish to see on your personalised photo invitations and cards or personalised photo prints.

If scanning images please set your scanner to a minimum of 300dpi. Do not crop or alter images in any way, we will do that for you as part of our process. We will also do any red eye removal and minor blemish removals.

The fastest method is to email your photo directly to us to Unforgettabledesigns@outlook.com. 

We have seen some spectacular results when people pose for the invitation in a similar pose to the example on our site. So have fun, set and get snapping and remember... set your camera at one of its highest settings to make sure your files sizes are high.  Happy Snapping!

Please note also that the quality of the finished product is dependent upon the quality of the image that we are sent. Once a proof is approved and production takes place, Unforgettable Designs incurs cost. If subsequently an issue is raised that is caused by an inferior image being approved by the customer, Unforgettable Designs reserves the right to recover reasonable cost incurred. This is particularly relevant for enlargements such as banners.

 

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

For most personalised items, we aim to have a proof to you within approximately 48-72 hours of receiving your order (including photos and payment).

After we have received your final approval to print, printing takes approx. 3 – 5 business days. Digital files will be emailed within 24hrs from approval if required.

In some cases this may not be possible due to the size, complexity of an order or at peak times (ie Christmas or Easter), however in all cases your order will be shipped as soon as we can.

Depending on your timing, how many alterations are requested and how promptly we receive approval to print, the entire process can take as little as 3 days plus delivery time.

Non personalised items are packed and despatched on the next available packing day, provided they are a stocked item.

Special orders can take longer.

Typical delivery time frames for postage vary depending on location.  Items sent via Australia Post regular post is 5-7 business days and express postage is 1-3 business days from receipt of order approval. 

Please note that this can change subject to order complexity, and when your final approval to print is received by Unforgettable Designs.

CAN YOU PRINT MY GUESTS NAME ON THE INVITATION?

Absolutely! To add a special personal touch we can add your guests names to each invitation at 0.50c per invitation.  Simply email through your guests names on an excel spreadsheet or in a word document and let us do the rest.

 

CAN YOU DESIGN AND PRINT IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE IE GERMAN, SPANISH, ITALIAN ECT?

Sure!  Simply supply the wording for your invitations in the language you require and we will send you a proof.

 

 

PRINTING

COLOURS, PHOTOS & TEXT - ON SCREEN VS PRINTED 

We encourage you to print your digital proof to sense how accurately the on-screen colours, images, and text will match the print version of your design. Keep in mind that a picture on your computer screen has light shining through it from your monitor. That same image printed on paper is likely to appear a bit darker. Some colours that look great on your screen may not reproduce well with ink on paper. Very bright and intense colours, especially neons, will print with less detail than they had on your monitor. Although your home printer is not going to be an exact match for the printers we use, a printed version of your digital proof will give you a much better idea of what to expect.

 

CAN I GET MY OWN DESIGNS PRINTED UNFORGETTABLE DESIGNS?

Absolutely. Send your details of what you would like printed as well as an image of your design and we can quote this up for you on our custom order page. 

 

WHY IS THE PRICING MORE FOR LESS?

Printing costs are setup on volume, the more printed the better the price gets due to setup fees and charges.

 

COLOUR MATCHING & COLOUR CONSISTENCY

Due to variations in the colour between our different stocks, stock batches, printers and processes, Unforgettable Designs cannot offer colour matching. Customers should be aware that if they purchase different stocks across the same design set, or different print types, there may be variation in the colour printed as our stocks do vary in whiteness. If you have concerns about colour and how it will present across our stocks please contact us!

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?

HOW MUCH IS THE DESIGN FEE TO GET A CUSTOM DESIGN?

Design fee for custom orders are purely based on the specific product you require. Please ask our staff for pricing.

 

 

SAMPLES

 CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE OF A SPECIFIC DESIGN ON THE WEBSITE?

Depending if we have that design in our studio left over as extra, we will try our best to accommodate your requests to see a particular design. We are working to create samples on demand shortly; 

 

COMMUNICATION

Email is the most efficient form of communication. It also provides us with a reference point for instructions and details your exact request.

Our experience has shown that this is far more efficient than trading calls and leaving messages for our clients.

Accordingly, the email address that you provide us with when ordering will be used as the primary means of communication with you. 

We suggest that you check your email regularly for updates.
