REFUND POLICY

Refund / Returns Policy. Yes we do, but you need to read this before returning something, please :)

We do accept returns, in some circumstances, however we do require that you pay for the freight back to us.

If it was a product you were taking back to Kmart, by comparison that you were returning goods to you would need to take it back to them, at your cost, in as new condition, with a receipt, and we, like most stores, have the same reasonable expectations.

If your item was personalised, or is a food product, or was especially ordered or made for you we can not accept returns sorry, as we cannot re stock these items.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order as relevant.

 

What happens if my item is damaged in transit?

We put in the utmost care to pack our items so that they arrive undamaged and we must say we have a wonderful track record. 

However on very few occasions items can get damaged in transit that are beyond our control.  If this happens please email through photos of the damaged item and packaging for review. We want our clients to be happy!

All order posted are insured for upto $100 of the order value. Additional Insurance can be purchased for all items shipped @ $2.50 per $100.00 there after, which will ensure if in the case something was to accidentally happen you would be covered please ask how to add insurance to your shipping! All insurance claims are made through Australia Post or directly through any other shipping agent which we may use. 

PLEASE NOTE: If your item is damaged during transit in broken condition please advise via email to unforgettabledesigns@outlook.com with images of your damaged or broken item with original packaging it was received in, please ensure to keep packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the damaged item. If the item is noticeable damaged upon delivery you have the right to refuse accepting delivery in the condition in which is received in and request a return to sender.
