Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product purchased.

Personalised products require design preparation and may require customer approval before production.

Please allow enough time when ordering for birthdays, weddings, events or special occasions.

Processing times do not include postage or delivery times.


Digital Products

Digital downloads are available once payment has been successfully processed.

Your download link will be provided via email.

We recommend using a computer to download and open files, as some files may be large or require specific software.


Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Australia Post delays
• Public holidays
• Peak periods
• Weather events
• Circumstances outside our control

Once your order has been shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the postal provider.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.

Unforgettable Designs is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
