Unforgettable Designs is an Australian small business specialising in personalised invitations, party stationery, printable designs, wedding stationery, personalised gifts, wall art and custom creations.
Each design is created with care and attention to detail to help make your special moments unforgettable.
Ordering Personalised Products
When placing an order with Unforgettable Designs, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
• Names
• Dates
• Times
• Locations
• Wording
• Spelling
• Colours
• Personalisation details
Please carefully check all information before submitting your order.
Unforgettable Designs creates products using the information provided by the customer and cannot be held responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect details supplied by the customer.
Proofs & Design Approval
For personalised orders, a digital proof may be provided before final production.
Customers are responsible for checking:
• Spelling
• Grammar
• Dates
• Layout
• Colours
• Personalisation details
Once a proof has been approved, changes may not be possible. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after approval.
If a proof is sent and no response is received, production timeframes may be delayed.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are available once payment has been successfully processed.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once files have been downloaded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable software, devices and knowledge required to access and print digital files.
Custom Designs & Artwork
All designs, templates, graphics, artwork and content created by Unforgettable Designs remain the intellectual property of Unforgettable Designs.
Purchased designs are for personal use only unless commercial use has been approved in writing.
You may not:
• Copy or reproduce designs
• Resell files or artwork
• Share purchased files
• Claim designs as your own
• Use designs commercially without permission
Customer Supplied Images & Artwork
By providing photographs, logos or artwork, customers confirm they have permission to use these materials.
Unforgettable Designs will only use supplied materials for the purpose of completing your order.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full before work begins.
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Unforgettable Designs reserves the right to update pricing, products and services at any time.
Website Content
All content on this website, including images, designs, text and graphics, belongs to Unforgettable Designs and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
