• Birth weight
• Birth length
• Head circumference
• Any additional personalised details or special requests

Please enter all information exactly as you would like it displayed, including spelling, dates and measurements.

If a particular birth detail is unavailable or you would prefer it not to appear, please indicate this in the relevant field.

Because each Baby Birth Print is individually personalised, the placement of wording and birth details may be adjusted slightly to create the best overall design.

♥ Adding Your Baby's Photo ♥

Some of our Baby Birth Print designs can include a special photo of your little one.

If your selected design includes a photo, please email your chosen image to unforgettabledesigns@outlook.com, including your name and order number.

For the best results:

• Supply an original, high-resolution photo where possible
• Avoid blurry or pixelated images
• Avoid screenshots where an original photo is available
• Ensure your baby's face and important details are clearly visible

Photos may be cropped or resized to best suit the selected design.

Please note: Photo inclusion depends on the design selected. Designs without a photo area will be supplied as shown unless otherwise arranged.

♥ Design Proof ♥

Every Baby Birth Print is personalised especially for you, so a design proof must be approved before your order is printed or your final print-ready digital file is supplied.

• Your proof will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout
• Please allow approximately 3–5 business days to receive your proof, unless a rush order has been arranged
• Please check your junk or spam folder, as proof emails can occasionally be filtered there
• Carefully check your baby's name, spelling, birth date, time, weight, length, head circumference, photo and all other personalised details
• Minor adjustments can be requested before approval
• Production will not begin, and final digital files will not be supplied, until your proof has been approved

By approving your proof, you confirm that you have carefully checked all details and authorise Unforgettable Designs to proceed with your order.
